Project Overview
“Vejviseren” is an internal employee magazine published 3–4 times annually.
The primary objective of the magazine is to communicate company news and internal initiatives in a clear and accessible way.
The Challenge
Approximately 50% of employees are dyslexic or experience reading difficulties. This made accessibility a central design parameter from the beginning.
The challenge was to create a publication that was informative, engaging, and easy to navigate — without oversimplifying the content.
Workflow & Innovation
In addition to the visual design, I helped develop a streamlined production workflow.
We integrated AI-powered text-to-speech functionality, allowing the magazine to be experienced in audio format. This improved accessibility while significantly reducing internal resource usage previously spent on manual read-throughs.
